Caydri is being nominated because she truly represents what we want in a young athlete. She shows up every day with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, making her incredibly coachable. Her work ethic is outstanding—she gives her best effort in every drill, every shift, and every situation. What really sets Caydri apart is the way she carries herself with maturity and respect. She leads quietly but powerfully by encouraging teammates, demonstrating strong sportsmanship, and consistently putting the team first. Her steady improvement this month is a direct reflection of her hard work and her commitment to getting better. Caydri is not only a strong player, but an exceptional teammate and role model, and she has earned this nomination through effort, attitude, and integrity.
