CMHA Communication Process
To ensure effective communication and that questions or concerns are directed to the appropriate person, please follow this process:
Step | Who to Contact |
1. Parent to Team Manager | First point of contact for all general questions, concerns, or information. |
2. Manager to Coach | If the matter requires input or resolution from the coaching staff. |
3. If escalation is needed contact Division Director | Escalated concerns go to the appropriate Director based on the team/division: |
RHL Director | For all RHL Teams |
CAHL Director | For all REP Teams |
Female Operations Director | For all Female Jr. Chaos Teams |
High Performance Director | For all AA and AAA Teams |
Intro to Hockey Director | For all U7 and U9 Teams |
4. Operations Coordinator | Questions regarding scheduling |
5. Registrar | All team affiliation requests and registration questions |
6. Administrator | All financial payments and questions regarding fees, invoicing etc |
7. Other Board of Directors | Can be contacted through the CMHA Contact Us Form if your inquiry directly relates to their specific Board position. |
This structure ensures questions are addressed at the appropriate level and escalated only when necessary, so issues can be resolved efficiently and respectfully.
