Why is this player being nominated? (Please describe what makes this player stand out this month - effort, leadership, sportsmanship, improvement, teamwork, community engagement/giving back etc.)
Jack has established himself as a leader on the U18 Timberwolves. Earning an "A" out camp, he has been a key part of the core of the team since September. During November, he's proved himself to be very coachable and attentive to the details the coaching staff has been working on. We have seen positive changes to all facets of Jack's game. Over our past 2 tournament weekends he's been a stalwart on defence while adding much needed offence from the back end, all while providing a physicality that makes him very difficult to play against.
Highlight a specific moment or example that reflects their contribution this month:
Jack really stood out representing us at the Western Canada Showdown in Calgary, attracting attention from various scouts at the event. He even spent time at forward as the injury bug hit the team towards the end of the weekend. Great job during November!
