Cooper is a natural leader a true captain at heart that embodies our core values of respect, attitude and discipline. Cooper has an unmatched work ethic and a passion for the game that elevates all of his teammates to continuously improve. He makes a point of connecting with every player in the room and is a great mentor to our younger players. A gentle giant with a calm and quiet demeanour, but a fierce competitor and impact player every time he steps on the ice.

Cooper’s leadership was instrumental in our success this weekend at our home tournament.

While he is a commanding presence on the ice and an incredibly talented defensemen, Cooper’s first love of sports is football where he lead the Cochrane Lions as quarterback to the D2 championship game earlier this fall.
