Max is dedicated, he works hard on and off the ice to improve his abilities and always does so with a smile. Although Max can be seen as quiet, he demonstrates leadership qualities by being eager, prepared and attentive at all times throughout practices and games. His commitment to grow and improve has help him make the step to AA Hockey. Max is always working at getting better, even when no one else might be watching.
