The Cochrane Titans U7D are proud to nominate James Miller for Player of the Month. James consistently demonstrates exceptional drive, determination, and effort on both sides of the puck. His relentless checking and tenacity in puck pursuit have become trademarks of his game, and he is steadily developing this effort into stronger play-making skills. James shows up ready to work every practice and every game, setting the tone through his hustle and commitment to improving. James has emerged as a natural leader among his peers. He leads not only through his forechecking and backchecking but also through the encouragement and motivation he offers to his teammates. Whether during drills, scrimmages, or games, James can often be found helping his teammates refocus and give their best effort.

A memorable example of James’s character occurred during a recent tournament game at a small-town community rink on a very cold day. While several teammates struggled with the conditions, James walked up and down the bench checking in on others, offering positive words and lifting team morale.
