Oliver has put in a tremendous amount of effort this month and it is showing in his skill progression. His skating, stick handling and shot have all improved immensely. Oliver is also the first person to cheer on a teammate and give a fist pump for a good play.

During a team building drill Oliver was very encouraging to his teammates, especially those who were feeling overwhelmed by the new drill.
