EQUIPMENT HANDOUT INFORMATION
Attention all Coaches and Managers, jerseys and equipment handout dates are listed below.

Please note that it is important that you come during the time scheduled above.
Please review the CMHA Name Bars on Jersey Policy click(insert link) Each team will receive the following: Jersey's, Puck Bag, First Aid kit, and Team Socks.

For Sock pick up, the sock sizes were recorded with registration so your team will receive the size each family recorded for their child. For REP and RHL the socks are CCM brand and the sizes we have are as follows: Youth (22.5”), Adult S/M (25.5”), L/XL (28”), or XL (30”). Socks are included in registration so teams will not be billed for them. Please bring a bag or a bin to take home your teams socks when you are picking them up.

All teams (with the exception of U11 Coed Rep and RHL and U7 teams equipment deposit is $100) will be invoiced by November 15th for the equipment deposit of $500/team the deposit will be refunded at the end of the season or when all jerseys have been returned and accounted for. U9 teams will have the $250 jersey deposit as well as the $250 goalie deposit.

Jerseys will no longer be in jersey bags, we have switched to a bin system, the bin must be returned at the end of season with no damage.

Please assign a jersey parent to look after all home/away jerseys for the season. This can be looked after by 2 volunteers. These jerseys are not be kept by players or in there hockey bags.

Equipment return dates are to be announced at the end of February. Please be advised once these dates are posted you must have your jerseys and equipment returned on the scheduled date. There will be NO exceptions to this and CMHA does not loan out our equipment for Spring hockey or 3 on 3.

Jerseys need to be cleaned and returned along with first aid kits to the Cochrane Arena on the date to be determined. A late fee of $150.00 will be charged if not returned on one of the dates listed.
