Bow Valley Timberwolves - AA/AAA Head Coach Positions
The Bow Valley Timberwolves are seeking experienced and passionate Head Coaches for the following teams for the upcoming season:
- U11 AA
- U13 AA & U13 AAA
- U13 AA Jr Chaos Female (tentative)
- U15 AA
- U15 AAA (tentative)
- U16 AA
- U18 AA
As a Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading the development and competitive success of your team, fostering a positive and high-performance environment for players, and upholding the values of the Bow Valley Timberwolves program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement structured, progressive development for players.
- Lead practices, game strategies, and player evaluations.
- Develop a strong team culture based on accountability, respect, and work ethic.
- Collaborate with assistant coaches, team staff, and the association to ensure a cohesive program.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and the organization.
- Ensure alignment with Hockey Alberta and Hockey Canada coaching requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior coaching experience at the AA/AAA or equivalent level preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
- Hockey Canada coaching certifications
- Commitment to player development and fostering a competitive, team-first environment.
