the girls will be lead in an empowering group dance fitness class. Geared to releasing our minds, movement of our body’s, and fueling our soul with positivity and laughter. these girls will leave class feeling lifted and energized. please bring water bottles and dryland style workout wear. shoes are not needed as the girls are bare foot, but if they want shoes they can wear them.
