Equipment return dates have been set for APRIL 1ST and 2ND.
Dear Coaches and Managers
As we near the end of the 2024-2025 Season, I'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for your dedication and hard work. Your efforts have truly made this season a resounding success, and it's been a pleasure working with such a committed group.
As we prepare to wrap up the season, I want to remind you about the upcoming equipment return date. Please mark your calendars for APRIL 1st and 2nd at the Cochrane Arena (609 4th Ave N, Cochrane). Kindly note that we will be utilizing the black double doors on the east side of the building for equipment returns; please refrain from using the main entrance.
To ensure a smooth process, please ensure you have all necessary equipment ready for return. This includes items such as puck bags, pucks, sports first aid kits, goalie gear (if issued), goalie sticks.
We kindly ask that all the jerseys being returned be washed, folded neatly in numerical order in the jersey bins with numbers viewable, and all accounted for. Please see the detailed instructions below for specific jersey return procedures based on team categories.
For the U9 teams, players are instructed to retain their jerseys.
For the U11 REP and RHL teams, players are instructed to retain only their ATOMIC black jerseys. All other jerseys MUST be returned.
It's imperative that a manager, coach, or designated parent returns the equipment during the specified time slot to avoid any late fees. As a reminder, a late fee of $100 will be charged for all equipment not returned on time.
Additionally, I'd like to reiterate that CMHA prohibits parent/player games due to insurance regulations. If you wish to organize such an event, please book the ice through SLSFSC as a private booking.
