Please see note from RAMP Support regarding members not receiving emails.

If a member unsubscribed to Ramp, only RAMP can remove them from the list. Please contact directly if this the case. RAMP SUPPORT

If a member has unsubscribed to a specific organization for example to your club, they can login to their Ramp Registration account and resubscribe from there by navigation to Your Account > Email Subscriptions check off the club that they want to subscribe again then click submit.
