2020-2021 Cochrane Minor Hockey COVID-19 Plan

 

Volunteer Coaches and Players are required to review the Alberta Health Services Daily Checklist and complete the RAMP COVD APP questions within 24 hours of a scheduled event practice or game, if theses questions are not completed Volunteer

Coaches or players will not be permitted to participate in the scheduled event, practice or game.
