- Travel Permit Request Form - All exhibition games must be sanctioned by the home team and all teams traveling for tournaments must submit a travel permit request. Travel permits are only required for exhibition games outside of Alberta. Travel permit request forms must be submitted minimum 7 days prior to the date of game.
